She sat across from me, hands trembling.
Her words came out in fragments... the weight of years sitting heavy on her chest.

We began to tap, just light fingertips pressing into the acupressure points one by one. Her breathing slowed, her shoulders visibly relaxed and finally, she could speak her truth.

By the end, there were tears, but they weren't the same as the ones she came in with.

This is EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), it’s a simple, powerful method that calms the nervous system, eases emotional intensity, and helps the body finally let go of what it has been holding onto unnecessarily.

In our Heal Your Life® trainings and retreats, tapping is more than a technique; it’s a way of creating safety in the body so real healing can happen.
