Hi, Marie O Leary, Osteopath here.
This is a 5 min exercise routine, video is a bit longer as I’m explaining it as I go along.
Anyone can do it but it’s aimed at older people, it can be as challenging as you like by increasing the reps and doing it faster.
I’ll post a written list which you can print out and give to older family and friends.
