A lot of this stuff wouldn't be too bad if they fried it in real butter or olive oil. But its all cooked in vegetable oil - which is much more like machine lubricant than edible oil - they literally run engines off the stuff!

Then all the pastries, hash browns, chicken fillets, breads, wraps, rolls ect are also made with flour that most of us simply cannot digest. Cut out wheat/flour for a few days, reintroduce it, and you'll know what I'm talking about 💩

Porridge bread is a super substitute for wheat bread. And the leftovers of dinner for lunch the next day is the way to go....most days at least

Congrats to Caroline who just completed our 8 Week Nutrition program in Mullingar. Over a stone down on the scales, 4% drop in body fat and improved markers in her blood work. Cutting back on junk food and adding more dietary fats like real butter, eggs and red meat for a couple of months has literally made her look 10yrs younger! Great stuff Caroline well done 🙌👏👏

Two very healthy meals with beef burgers here, both of which take us down 2 very different metabolic pathways!

Meal 1 consists of Protein and Fats with no carbs. This meal will cause little or no blood sugar response, no spike in insulin, and our body will switch to lipids as it's main energy source.

Meal 2 consists of Protein and Carbs and is relatively low in fat. This meal will trigger large blood sugar and insulin spikes and our body will switch to glucose as it's main energy source.
