A wonderful Reiki Level 1 course has just come to an end in Kinsale.

It was a truly transformative weekend where we released trapped emotions and gained new awareness, along with an incredible sense of peace and connection.

We received Reiki attunements, opening the Reiki channel, and learned hand positions to offer Reiki energy to ourselves, as well as to our friends and family.

I am deeply grateful for this sacred group of women that Reiki brought together, and for trusting me as their Reiki Master Teacher. It was an honour to guide them at the beginning of a new life, more aligned with their soul.
