Sincere thanks to Tracy McCarthy of Tracy McCarthy Head To Toe Therapies Kinsale & Clonakilty and her team for their support of Peak Week Carrauntoohil.

Tracy travelled to Kerry this evening to provide a sports massage to John, really improving the wellbeing of his leg muscles, and all free of charge in support of Cancer Connect, West Cork Rapid Response and West Cork Underwater Search & Rescue .

Another early night tonight for John for an early start on day 5, well over half way there!
