Golden Hour Yoga – Kinsale
7am WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS

Join us for a magical sunrise flow on the Dock Beach in Kinsale.
As the day begins, we’ll come together to breathe, move, and soak in the peaceful beauty of golden hour by the sea.

This gentle, playful class is open to all levels and will guide you through pranayama(Breathwork) and flowing poses to awaken the body and calm the mind. Optional dip in the sea after if you’re feeling brave!

We’ll meet at 7:00am on the Dock Beach.

Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfy layers (and a warm jacket!), and bring a blanket for the final relaxation.
