What began as a personal journey to support Claire's own health has grown into a passion for helping others through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). After experiencing the transformative benefits of Acupuncture, she cided to study TCM.

Tracy’s journey began over 15 years ago when she returned to college to study holistic therapies. Having qualified in massage, beauty therapy, neuromuscular physical therapy, reflexology, oncology massage and baby massage, Tracy progressed on to become an educator teaching massage and beauty therapy for a private college in Cork. Here her passion for skin grew when she realised that true skin care needed a holistic approach.
Tracy has established two renowned clinics in Kinsale and Clonakilty specialising in holistic and physical therapies. On site she began to blend oils specific to her clients needs which led to the creation of Naturally Balanced concept oils, a range of plant-based oils free from chemicals and artificial preservatives. Tracy is proud to have developed a range of products that are vegan and cruelty-free.

Introducing Head To Toe Signature Reflexology…a fireball treatment because of its ability to induce deep relaxation and help identify parts of the body under stress.
We begin this 90-minute treatment with a grounding ritual in our low-lit treatment room on a heated bed cocooned in soft bedding with gentle music.
To further induce relaxation your therapist will then massage lower legs to help lymphatic drainage using our own Naturally Balanced range of plant based oils before beginning massage to the face, neck and shoulders.
Reflexology is then used to open-up and work on reflexes on the face and head. Finally, reflexology is carried out on the feet to induce a transformative deep sense of relaxation.
All reflexology therapists at Head To Toe have full Health Insurance accreditation which means you can claim some of the cost of reflexology treatments.

At Head To Toe Therapies, I like to think we offer diversity and a high standard of treatments, where we offer clients treatments to meet their needs.
What I have learnt over the years is that everything is linked and our bodies can react to stress, disease or injury not just in a physical treatment but also in the psychological and its knowing this that we can work our sessions in a diverse way according to what is presented to us on daily basis. (everyday our lives are always changing)
I have been a therapist since 2009 where my qualifications are ITEC Reflexology, ITEC Holistic Massage, ITEC Beauty Therapy, ITEC Teacher Training Dipolma. I am also a IAIM baby massage instructor and recently in 2018 I qualified as a Neuromuscular Physcial Therapist. I also went onto develop my skills within each of those diplomas with Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Fertility Reflexololgy, Ear Candling, Crystal Therapy, Oncology Massage, Advanced Massage Techniques and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
I have also worked in spas and worked with products such as Elemis, Voya and Dermalogica and enjoyed working on treatments such as facials, body scrubs and wraps.
I now enjoy working with product such as facial products from (Holos - www.holos.ie) and body products from (flying Wild – www.flyingwild.ie)
In 2012 I decided to complete my baby massage instructors certificate which I still maintain my membership for Baby Massage Ireland and International where every year we complete our stroke reviews to maintain their code of conduct to conduct courses, inservices and seminars in infant massage as developed by Vimala McCure.

And still my journey keeps going, where I am in my final year where I hope to complete my physical therapy as neuromuscular therapy.

Looking at the lifestyles today and clients that come for treatments, it is very clear many of us are under pressure and end up suffering not only with physical needs but with psychological ones as well. My treatments aim help to bring some balance to their wellbeing and to encourage and maintain that balance within their lifestyle.
As of date I offer my services on a voluntary basis to Arc House in Cork and admire the work and support what they do there.
