Mythic Storytelling Ceremony

In ancient Ireland it was understood that stories are the chariots in which the old gods and goddesses ride through our lives. To honour this, stories were often performed within a ceremonial context, with the understanding that ritual drama opens a sacred space in which the medicine of the stories and their archetypes can enter our psyches and bring about deep healing and transformation.

For this special sauna experience, Paddy Doyle, storyteller and shamanic practitioner, will create a sacred space in which we will work with the medicine of an ancient Irish eachtra (Otherworld adventure tale). Prepare to be transported to the magical Otherworld of our native tradition and to come back restored, renewed and transformed.

My name is JD and I'm a sauna master.

 

Aromatherapy in the sauna combines the best properties of oil therapy with traditional sauna therapy.

 

During sessions, I use natural essential oils with carefully selected scents. I use proprietary blends of essential oils that against stress, depression, anxiety, grief, insomnia, balance nervous system and memory.

The oils are absorbed through the skin, inhaled into the lungs, and their aroma stimulates our emotional memory and influences well-being.

 

This inhalation can help alleviate the symptoms of respiratory infections, throat infections, improve immune system function, and relax the nervous system. Each essential oil has its own unique properties and scent, which can have a miraculous effect on the mind and body.

 

The specially selected MHz music in the sauna will provide you with deep relaxation, a sense of harmony, and balance.

This Sunday, January 4, we gather for a cacao ceremony by the sea: warmth of the sauna, salt air, and shared presence.

The Wolf Moon rises as the first of 13 full moons of 2026, carrying themes of communication, connection, survival, and unity within the pack. A reminder of instinct, strength, and the power of coming together through changing seasons.

Traditionally, this moon marks a new cycle, a pause to reset, re-centre, and listen inward.
