How many of these phrases did we hear growing up?

We were brought up with this idea since we were young that if we don’t try and achieve the perfect posture that it would look anaesthetically pleasing or potentially lead to problems or issues arising in the future.

However good the intentions might be , it doesn’t mean that it’s the most comfortable or natural for our bodies.
