Women's Lets Get Motivated Event.
We had a fantastic afternoon at Garryvoe Yoga Room this afternoon.
Youghal Nutrition took body stats.
Mafs from MG Feel Good Fitness started our afternoon with a motivational talk ,Boxercise taster session and body weight workout.
Youghal Nutrition followed with powerful talk on Nutrition from Anne Lenihan and
Katie Ahern lead a relaxing Yoga session and Goal Setting by Stella Collier Life Coach.
