Day 13 - I mentioned to Charlie I was starting to get bored of this challenge (recently diagnosed Audhd, I'm looking introspectively at how, what and why things catch my interest or lose it) I felt it was getting samey.... And after day 11's messy and lacklustred attempt I wasn't feeling it. He challenged me to make a hibiscus flower in collage. I love a challenge! So I welcome suggestions of what to make next in the comments please 😁

Day 12 of the tiny ten minute collage...... This was made using only rubbish.... Dog food box, brown envelope, paint wrapper and a bit of gift wrap. Better than yesterday's (which I disliked immensely πŸ˜‚) life is better with a gluestick πŸ˜‚

Day 11...... If this was an example of artistic talent then I wouldn't show it..... This is an example of consistency and making do with what you have. Ten minute tiny challenge was definately a challenge today, busy, tired and missing a gluestick. So anything that was self adhesive or would work with double sided tape will do. Not much imagination.... But did it.

Day 9.....in the dark so it's slim pickings on the collage because I can't see what I'm doing properly and have only a few bits to work with..... Still no electricity here!

Day 9......only just made it! I think I'm more satisfied with this faster piece that was less thought out than yesterday's more contrived piece. The scrap paper Charlie was using to test paint colours was the base, which I thought was too interesting to throw away.

Fancy gift bag and ink collage... Messing about in support of Charlie Crone as he persevered with mixed media homework (he strongly dislikes mixed media as a fine artist 🀣)

Day 8 of the ten minute tiny collage challenge.... In fairness I spent 15 mins on this because I was enjoying the process 😁 Not as happy with this one as I am with the others, but has given me a chance to examine what that's about as an art psychotherapist. Part resistance, part down to the time constraints? Hmmmm

Day 7 - starting to look forward to the creative ritual, seeking out scraps of paper and things throughout the day to use in collage with an unknown outcome.

Day six of my tiny ten minute collage challenge. Today I used some of the left over rose cut outs and tissue paper scraps as well as the instruction sheet of Douglas's new harness πŸ˜‚ Anything can be used in a collage!

Who’s joining us on 12th June at 3pm outside Leinster House?

We are gathering to show our solidarity for the call to BAN the abusive practice of counselling notes of survivors of sexual assault and r**e being used in court cases!!

Counselling must be a safe, confidential space which supports clients in their healing from things which they had no choice over! To imagine that the space we provide for our clients to heal could ever be violated and the words they share could ever be weaponised against them in a court case is just horrific! It is a form of abuse and our current law permits it!! But we won’t!

We do not accept mere amendments to this abusive legislation, we demand a complete removal of it!

Counselling is about healing not harming!
