So looking forward to our retreat (with Elaine Johnston and I). It's a 4 day/3 night retreat 21st of February 2020, in the beautiful setting of Downhill House in Castlerock. I'm going to share some of the answers to questions people have asked me about it:

🌻 Definitely no experience of yoga/meditation/breathwork (all or one) is required. All practices will be all levels.
🌻 The days are fairly packed, but there will be the opportunity for time on your own (if you want/need)
🌻 All meals will be delish and vegetarian and provided (no cooking = BLISS 😂). If you have special requirements we will meet them.
🌻If you are pregnant this retreat will be suitable for you.
🌻Single room option is available, they are limited and a wee bit extra.
🌻Deposit is £150, full cost of retreat is £555
