Join me for gentle, strengthening Hatha Yoga morning classes, suitable for beginners to intermediate, with all levels welcome 🙏

This is a 4-week block, perfect for starting the year with intention. Take time to breathe, stretch, relax, recover, and restore as you reconnect with your body and mind.

Yoga Class Yoga With Sarah Louise New Term Beginning on Monday 28th April in Leixlip Youth & Community Centre . This is a beginner to intermediate level and ALL levels are welcome. Hatha Yoga is a gentle practice. This class would benefit anyone looking to distress, reconnect and take an hour for you 🙏🌸 The practice consists of a centering and breath work, moving through asanas (poses) with a slow pace and ending the practice with a lovely restorative relaxation (savasana).
