**New Treatment- Facial Reflexology **

Recently I had a brilliant experience training with Ziggie Bergman learning facial reflexology.
I’m so delighted to bring this unbelievably relaxing treatment to my clients.
Suitable for children, the elderly and everyone in between!

Facial reflexology is gentle, considered, balancing and above all just the ultimate treatment for pure relaxation ❤️

I’m addition to the above, it can really benefit our lymphatic and nervous systems and be helpful for those experiencing anxiety/stress, TMJ, sinusitis, headaches, migraine & digestive issues.

**New Treatment**
Reflexology for Menopause

Whether you’re experiencing symptoms of peri menopause or menopause, regular reflexology can help you manage the symptoms.
This treatment is a wonderful support wherever you are in your journey.

By working certain reflexes on the feet, reflexology can help to ease symptoms often associated with the menopause such as hot flushes, insomnia, migraine, anxiety, brain fog, UTI’s, skin changes and changes in mood.

The combination of reflexology and aromatherapy will help to restore balance to the body and promote relaxation.

Reminder: as I am a registered reflexologist with you may be able to claim back on your treatments if you have health insurance with so be sure to check ahead of booking!

Baby Wellness - New Term!!

Baby massage and reflexology class - suitable for newborns to pre-crawling. During this class we learn different massage and reflexology routines to help with everything from sleep to digestion 😊

Baby yoga class - suitable from 8weeks/satisfactory hip check to pre-crawling. This class is a great mixture of relaxation for parent and baby, sensory play, music, tummy time, yoga, baby bonding and fun!!

Classes are held in the lovely OBUS wellness centre in Leixlip Village ❤️

Classes are relaxed, and baby led. We always have a great mix of new and experienced parents in the classes with babies of all different ages!

Thank you so much to all of those who supported me and my business in 2021🙏🏻

There were lots of highlights!

⭐️Working with teaching reflexology workshops- ARC is an amazing charity that support people & families on their cancer journey and I’m delighted to work with them

⭐️Teaching my baby reflexology classes with - this was an amazing opportunity especially during the lockdown when parents were unable to access in-person supports.

⭐️(re)Joining the team as their baby wellness consultant! - teaching baby massage and reflexology to parents is such a joy and I’m so happy we can provide a support to local parents and their babies!

And of course meeting all my clients 😊I’m very lucky to have really lovely people coming to each week - thank you ❤️

I’m looking forward to the year ahead and to see what 2022 will bring for us all!

For me, my baby classes with re-commence at the end of the month and I will also be teaching a new 2nd baby class that will be starting in Spring 😄🌼

I’m really looking forward to welcoming my clients back for their treatments shortly and there’s lots more study on the books too!
