🌿 We're thrilled to launch our Strategic Plan 2026–2031!
After many months of consultation — with volunteers, community groups, statutory partners, and local organisations right across County Kildare — we're ready to share our roadmap for the next five years.
County Kildare is one of Ireland's fastest-growing counties. With over 247,000 residents (and rising), the need for a strong, inclusive, and well-supported volunteering culture has never been greater.
This plan is built around four clear strategic priorities and sixteen concrete actions. And most importantly — it was shaped by you.
