We will be running COVID booster clinics over the coming weeks for our patients who are eligible:
***> 3 months since 2nd vaccine
***> 6 months since COVID 19 infection if vaccinated
***>1 month since COVID if unvaccinated or only partially vaccinated.

******* Please note we have NO role in vaccinating the 60-69 year olds and we can not accommodate requests for vaccination in this age group.

We are currently working our way through our over 70’s Covid 19 vaccinations. We will be contacting our patients aged 70-74 years over the coming days for vaccination next week. We thank you for your patience and would ask that you please wait for us to contact you regarding vaccine appointments.

Covid-19 Vaccinations

We are looking forward to starting Covid-19 vaccination clinics over the coming weeks for our elderly patients. We have been advised by the HSE that these must be done in STRICT order by age group, as follows:

Group 1: Aged 85 and over
Group 2: Aged 80 – 84
Group 3: Aged 75-79
Group 4: Aged 70-74

Please note that the vaccines must be administered in strict order of age group and we will not be able to administer vaccines for any patients outside of that age group, this includes partners who live in the same household who fall into different age group categories. We will have a limited time to give the vaccines once they have been received so patients may be contacted at short notice.

We will update patients when the vaccinations have been received or further information on delivery dates is available.

We would ask you to pass this information on to your elderly family members/neighbours/friends who fall into these categories so that they can be prepared when the time comes.
