Family Fun Yoga with Scott and Eloise

Looking for a fun Saturday activity to do with the kids? Come try Family Fun Yoga! This class will be full of partner yoga poses, kid and adult friendly balances and practices designed to have everyone moving and laughing. Best suited for ages 6-11, children will need to bring their favourite adult to participate as Scott will be teaching some partner balance moves in the class. We’re keeping space limited, so book now to avoid disappointment.

The Hot Fox Studio in Letterkenny is proud to partner with The Uplift Project to offer a weekly in person yoga class for Uplift members, led by studio owner, Melissa Devenney.

Originally from Massachusetts, Melissa completed her first teacher training in Spring 2013 and has been teaching full time ever since. She brings a grounded, empowering approach to yoga, with a focus on agency, embodiment, and supporting the nervous system through stress regulation.

Melissa’s own 15 year yoga journey began as a way to support her mood, and in 2020 she and her husband (and fellow teacher) opened The Hot Fox Studio here in Donegal. After a year of working alongside women affected by domestic abuse and witnessing the confidence and connection that can grow through gentle practice and self discovery, Melissa and The Hot Fox Studio are honoured to continue offering this space for Uplift members.

Welcome to Our January Open House.

Here at the Hot Fox Studio, we know it can be a lot to come in to a new space or class when you aren’t sure what to expect so we are holding our annual Open House Weekend with time to meet some of the teachers, try a free taster class or even take one of our regular classes for a very reduced drop in rate. We also will have a special once a year only Intro Offer available online and in studio for that weekend- so keep an eye on our socials and your email for more details!

Free Taster Classes

If you have been curious about any of the classes at the Hot Fox Studio, but weren’t sure if the poses or the practice was right for you, feel free to book in a try the class style in our free 30min taster sessions. We’ll go over typical sequences and poses to give you a good idea of what you can expect in the full length class. Space is limited, so please book in ahead of time and if you cannot make it, be sure to let us know so someone else can avail of the spot.
