Grace’s teaching will help you deepen your functional yoga practice, give you an understanding of skeletal variation, explore the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as getting to enjoy guided Yin practices each day.

We’ve had a lot of requests for a non heated Vinyasa Flow Class recently, and we’re always happy to listen!

Starting tomorrow, the 12-12:45p Hot Vinyasa class will now be a room temperature practice with Caitlin. Be ready to move and flow with your breath, building strength, flexibility and balance throughout the practice before leaving calm and energised. Come give this class a try!

Come join Siobhan this Sunday as she leads her first Yin class to hone her skills as a teacher. The practice is free to any current Hot Fox members/students (as long as you’ve attended at least one class with us previously, you count!)
