We are so excited to be able to offer a Chair Yoga Course with our resident Yoga Therapist Robin. Robin studied with the British Wheel of Yoga graduating in 2004 and in 2011 became certified in Yoga Therapy through Yoga Therapy Ireland. Through these two accreditations Robin studied working limited mobility students who might not be able to attend regular classes.

He will be bringing his expertise to the Hot Fox in a 5 week course starting Thursday November 20th 12-12:45p. Suitable for very limited ranges of motion, Robin’s class will help students gain confidence and strength as well as mobility. Chair yoga is also a really lovely community events for older student and we keep space very limited to tailor classes to varied needs. Booking ahead is essential, and for the first course we are offering a €10 discount with the code ChairYoga.

Investment is €65 for 5 weeks, €55 with the discount code.
