LK Pole Dance & Fitness Studio are proud to present:

Leah Rose with Power Play- a workshop designed to help you find flow on the bottom third of the pole.

This workshop balances strength and fluidity, inviting you to shift between sharp powerful actions, and softer more intentional transitions as you explore low-level pole with a mix of dynamic and controlled movement.

You'll be guided through combinations that challenge stability, co-ordination and creativity, helping you to move with confidence, clarity and purpose closer to the floor.

Kneepads recommend, heels optional.

Where: LK Pole Dance & Fitness Studio, Letterkenny, Donegal F92 VKP4

When: Friday 20th March '26

Time: 8:30pm-10pm (20:30-22:00, 90 minute workshop)

This is your invitation to come along to our 3rd Anniversary Showcase 🌹❤️

LK Pole Dance & Fitness Studio, Letterkenny

What's it all about?

Our theme this year is "Bad$$ B'ches" and the tagline is: Self-love is non-negotiable!

We are encouraging our performers to embrace their inner fire and confidence to give us some uplifting and inspiring dances 😊

There are two guest appearances along with member performances, raffle prizes and a pole party with plenty of craic!

You'll see a range of abilities and musical genres form our gang, but all of the performances are bound to leave you impressed!

The talent here at LK Pole Dance is self evident, and we are immensely proud of our members and their commitment to personal growth and overall well-being.

Are you ready for another showcase guest performer reveal??

We have the one, the only, the original, the absolute legend:

It's Mama Dee everyone!!!

Mama Dee is owner of Dee's Barbelles in Dungannon ❤️

She is a poler and burlesque performer and teacher, and we are thrilled to announce that she will be the opening act for our Anniversary Showcase!

I can't even begin to tell you what an honor it is to be hosting this amazing woman. She is a huge inspiration to me personally, and I know that she is also a magnificent inspiration to her current students, as well as to so many countless others over the past 13 years that Dee's Barbelles have been in operation.

Mama Dee has 19 years experience in Pole and Burlesque, and she says:

"I love nothing more than performing and I am so excited and honoured to dance at the LK pole dance showcase!"

You definitely don't want to miss this show, and we cannot wait to celebrate with friends and family 😍

We invite you to come along on Saturday 7th of March.

€5 door entry.
