I'm so grateful to share that I'm once again opening space to offer Reiki Energy Healing Sessions.
Whether you're a returning client or someone new to this journey, you are so welcome here 🤗
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of healing that supports the body, mind and spirit. It invites deep relaxation, emotional release and energetic balance - creating space for clarity, peace and inner healing.
Many clients describe the experience as calming, comforting and even transformational.

⭐️ Healing has been sent ⭐️

A lovely pink light surrounded the healing tonight.
The following may resonate with one, two or a few :
You have been hard on yourself over the past few days, please don't be, you did the best you could in the circumstances.
The pain in your upper back is stress, you are carrying more than you should / than you can. You don't have to bear it all yourself.
In both situations, communication is what's lacking, the ability of talking and listening equally.
Saying what's truly on your mind without anger or resentment. Listening to theirs and you may come to realise, you are both feeling the same 🙏
Either way, amicably moving on and cleaning the slate for new or make amends and make it stronger, together!

Hi everyone 🤗
I haven't been on here for a while so thought I would check in 💜
I've been busy training in new skills to add to The Lavender Path with my main love and focus still being on energy and healing for the whole person, mind, body and soul 😇
I am currently in the "manifestation" stage of a new permanent premises to work and practice from, so, until its fruition, I am going to do a couple of Angel Cards weekly along with a Distant Healing, which, I will notify of early on that day and anyone who likes, shares, adds their or someone's else's name, will be included in the healing that night 🙏
For tonight though I have picked 2 cards, I hope that one or perhaps both resonates with and / or brings some clarity, insight or answer to something that has been on your mind

Delight -
Delight is expanding in your lift. Organise and spend time with others, it will elevate you and give you joy, giving birth to new creativity. Join a group or class, get out and have fun with it. Share your happiness with others and it will grow leaps and bounds.

Igniting Courage -
"I am strong, valiant and courageous"
Being courageous doesn't mean that you're not afraid, it means that in spite of the fear, you move forward anyway. It's OK to fall down - just don't stay down. Don't allow yourself to be limited or put off by others beliefs, or maybe your own self beliefs. Face your fears, go beyond those boundaries and live.

Together, the message is, don't be afriad to try new things and / or meet new people. The new life, joy and passion it will give you will bring you to a new beautiful level of freedom and joy.

✨️ Dr Usui Reiki Level 1 ✨️
Learning and practicing Reiki Energy Healing can be a powerful way to support yourself and others. Many people find it deeply fulfilling, both as a personal practice and as a way to help others.

Reiki is a Japanese Energy Healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and supports healing physically and emotionally by channelling universal life Energy.
There are 3 levels of learning in Reiki.

I will be holding space and teaching Dr Usui Reiki Level 1 on :

This is a full 1 day course, 10am to 5pm, with a follow up / recap / practice evening (decided on course day).

This course is fully certified and accredited.
