Later in the evening, bring a tune or story to share and enjoy the view and vibes at our open music session in the Festival Marquee overlooking the lake.

Public Consultation

The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) in partnership with Fáilte Ireland are delighted to launch the public consultation phase for the draft Visitor Experience and Development Plan for Glenveagh National Park.

We have a dedicated drop in day this Saturday 29th of March. There will be a live presentation at 2:00 PM and we look forward to hearing your views on the future of Glenveagh National Park.

Back in Inishowen this morning to do the lovely Buncrana coastal walk from Swan Park out by Fr Hegarty's Rock. My good friend and I enjoyed both the walk and lunch in Tank and Skinny’s !! I'll add the details on the MDW website shortly.

Park services are due to resume on Saturday once a reopening assessment has been completed.
