Week 3 of Couch to 3k (Yes 3k) is on tomorrow morning at 10.00 am Letterkenny Community Centre

Week two of the new Couch to 3k (Yes, 3k) class is on tomorrow, Monday, at Letterkenny Community Centre at 10am.
You can still start.
In five weeks we go from zero do doing a full 3k.
This is a great way to get into running, and to try doing 3k before going on to doing a 5k.
Class lasts a max of 40 mins. A great way to get into shape in the morning. Ideal for beginners.

Couch to 3k is a new class at Letterkenny Community Centre. It's ideal for people who would like to do a bit of running, but who feel that maybe 5k is a bit too much to start off with. This class lasts just five weeks and you can go from zero to doing 3k.
It's on three days a week, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 10.00 am at Letterkenny Community Centre.
Registration is €5 (includes first class) and then its €3 per morning.
The first of the new classes gets underway next Monday, September 12th, 2022.
This is a great way to get a bit of exercise outdoors and to meet other people. Why not ask a friend to do it with you. Share the post and see who else might be interested.
