If you missed out last week, not to worry. Week 2 is very similar and we often get people starting.

The biggest decision is to get out the front door!

Did you miss last night's new Couch to 5k class at LETTERKENNY COMMUNITY CENTRE.

Well, you can still join up this evening or on Thursday. Registration is from 6.15 pm and we start at 6.30 pm.

We had a great turnout last night with the rain ceasing before we started which was very welcome.

It's a lovely evening out there now, so come on down and give it a go.

It was great to see so many people turning up for the new Couch to 5k class this evening. Fortunately, the rain stopped before we started and we had only a small shower late on.

Everyone got off to a great start.
We do it again tomorrow.
And don't forget you can still join up tomorrow (Tues) or on Thursday.

Congratulations to all those who did the final 5k run as the latest Couch to 5K Class came to a conclusion this morning.

Well done to each and everyone of you.

Look at what you achieved in less than two months.

A big thank you to all the Run For Run Letterkenny runners who came down and helped out.

A new Couch to 5k class starts tomorrow. Tell you friends about it.
Also, everyone who has now "graduated" from Couch to 5k is more than welcome to come along to Run for Fun.

We meet on Mon, Tue and Thurs at 7.15 pm at Letterkenny Community Centre do to 5ks around the town.
