I left college and went straight into Bank Of Ireland where I worked for 12 years in Dublin. I then decided to take a career break and move to Bournemouth in UK and study fitness. I spent 2 amazing years there where I worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. After 2 years I returned back to Dublin as my career break was over. After 6 months I applied for voluntary redundancy and follow

ed my dream to work in fitness full time. So I know what its like to work in a corporate envoirnment and how important being fit keeps the mind young, fit and healthy.
