Lee, Caolan, Charlotte & Cian have been cooking up a storm at CI Ballybofey when they dawned their aprons and got to work making some fairy buns.

Well done guys, they look delicious.

This week's CI Radio has a special, recorded at yesterday's hugely successful Sports Day. It was such a brilliant day with great competition and fun, a Highland Radio outside broadcast, and even some special guests.

Geraldine, Eileen Marie, Margaret, Martin and Lee grabbed the mic in the middle of it all and chose some of their favourite songs for us, as well as giving us some of the highlights of their day. Great job everyone.

We're really looking forward to the annual DCITS Sports Day coming up this Thursday between 11am-2pm at Finn Valley Leisure Centre in Stranorlar. We'd love to see as many service users taking part as possible, and everyone else there to cheer them on. The team at CI Ballybofey have been working hard organising the event and it's set to be the best ever.

Here's a look again at last years event to get then build up going.

This week's CI Radio features Shauna & Christopher in a listen back to this great episode from the vaults. Lots of country in this one.

Great job you two.

Back to regular service this week with a show from the CI Hub Letterkenny. To kick off our next 100 shows we have Shauna and Christopher on selection duties. Definitely one for the Robert Mizzell fans out there. Great job you two

Well done to Lee & Caolan from CI Ballybofey on the completion of their walking goal. Over the last few months they have been working hard getting their steps in, while also raising the fantastic sum of €2,765.00 for their local charity Nemo Special Olympics Sports Club based in Finn Valley Stranolar, Co Donegal. Brilliant job you two.

We would like to thank Donegal Sports Partnership for providing pickelball, basketball, badminton and games for our service users during the summer in the ATU sports hall.

Thank you to Hugh Carlin for organising these sessions, and to all the coaches who helped facilitate. Everyone had a great time trying out different sports and being active during the break.

This week's CI Radio is another listen to this wonderful episode featuring Andrew and Lee, who attend CI Cosan. It's a brilliant - and very eclectic - mix of music, featuring Iron Maiden (a first for CI Radio), Daniel O'Donnell, Guns'n'Roses, Brendan Boyer, and even some Rory Gallagher.

This week's CI Radio comes from the wonderful walkers of CI Cosan in Donegal Town. Lee and Andrew took to the mic before one of their walks to share some of their favourite songs with us. It's a brilliant - and very eclectic - mix of music, featuring Iron Maiden (a first for CI Radio), Daniel O'Donn...

Before the summer break, 63 of our service users from all across Donegal gathered at the Letterkenny Community Center to take part in a wonderful morning of golf provided by The No Barriers Foundation in partnership with Golf Ireland. They had a great morning honing their pitching and putting skills, while working on their focus, balance and coordination. Here's a look at how they got on.
