We are pleased to inform our Yoga attendees (and others) that our Yoga Instructor, Noeleen Murphy, has developed no less than 3 audio recordings to assist with relaxation and breathing exercises in these challenging times. In light of the absence of our usual face to face sessions, we are keen that attendees are supported and continue to benefit from Noeleen’s instruction and input.

If you feel these recordings (2 on relaxation and 1 on breathing) would be of benefit to you, please contact Noeleen on 0879584355 and she will send you the recordings directly.

Remember that although Cancer Care West is closed to the public, we are still available and keen to offer support via telephone or video-conferencing. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you feel our support would be of assistance to you.
