Most of the women I work with recognise themselves in one or two of these straight away. The relief on their face when they realise it's not a character problem is huge. It's just what their nervous system learned to do to keep them safe.

She'd tried magnesium, no screens, lavender, sleep apps, and earlier bedtimes. Nothing worked.

Mum in her forties. Two kids. Busy job. She'd been running on empty for so long she'd forgotten what full felt like. But she didn't come to me saying she was burnt out. She came saying she just wanted to sleep.
Every night, she'd lie there exhausted but wired, brain going at a hundred miles an hour, and she couldn't understand why.
The shift came when she realised it wasn't a sleep problem. It was a nervous system stuck in stress mode. Her body had forgotten how to come down. After years of holding everything together, it didn't feel safe enough to switch off, even when she finally had the chance.
I'll never forget the relief on her face when she understood there was an actual reason for it. That she wasn't broken. That her body was doing exactly what it had been trained to do.
We worked slowly. Breathwork. Gentle movement. Little by little, helping her body remember it was safe to rest.
A few weeks later, she texted me to say she'd slept through the night for the first time in months.
**Call to action:**
If you've been chasing a sleep problem that won't shift no matter what you try, it might not be a sleep problem at all. Send me a message and tell me what's going on for you. Sometimes naming it is the first step.

Six weeks. Two very different bodies. Two completely different programmes.

What stayed the same? Showing up, being honest about what wasn't working, and letting the process do its thing.

Carla came in with tight hips, hamstrings, and quads from years at a desk. Johan came in with recurring lower back pain he couldn't shift. Both left moving differently and understanding their bodies in a way they didn't before.

That's what yoga therapy does. It meets you where you are and works with what's going on, not a generic routine you found online.

I'm opening up spots for 1:1 yoga therapy sessions. If something in your body has been niggling, aching, or holding you back, this is your nudge.

DM me or book through the link in my bio.

I used to think breathwork was just... breathing 😅

I was so wrong.

When I learned how to breathe properly — consciously, intentionally — everything shifted. My stress response switched off. My anxiety calmed. My head cleared. I finally started sleeping. I had energy I didn't know I was capable of.

And most importantly? I found space. In my body, in my mind, and in my life.

Here's the thing — you already have everything you need. Just your breath. You were born with it. You just haven't been shown how to use it.

That's exactly what my 6-Week Introduction to Breathwork Course will teach you.

✦ Less stress and anxiety
✦ Better sleep and sustained energy
✦ A clearer, calmer mind
✦ Space between the moment and your reaction
✦ A simple daily practice you'll actually keep

📅 Starts this Wednesday 15th April
🕗 8:30 – 9:10pm
📍 Church Lane Wellness, Letterkenny
🌿 Beginner level — no experience needed whatsoever
🎓 Grounded in the Philip Xerri Pranayama Foundation Course, British Wheel of Yoga

⚠️ Only 3 spaces remaining — once they're gone, they're gone.

Breathing well is not only about feeling calmer. It can also affect how clearly you think. Research on diaphragmatic breathing has found improvements in sustained attention, together with reduced negative affect and lower cortisol levels.

In everyday language, that can mean less internal noise, better concentration, and more capacity to stay with what matters. If you feel scattered, overstimulated, or mentally overloaded, this course will help you build practical breathing skills that support real-life focus. There are just a few spaces remaining, and booking is essential.

How you breathe affects how you feel. Most people never get taught how to breathe well, yet breathing influences stress, focus, energy, and the way we move through daily life. When the breath is shallow, rushed, or held unconsciously, the whole system can feel tighter. When the breath becomes more aware and more supportive, people often notice more calm, more clarity, and more space. My upcoming breathwork course, starting next Wednesday, 15th April, 8.30-9.10pm, is designed to help you understand and practise exactly that. Only a few spaces are remaining, so if you’ve been thinking about joining, booking is essential.

Did you know most adults only use 30% of their lung capacity? 🌊

We breathe around 20,000 times a day — and almost none of us are doing it consciously.

The result? A nervous system stuck in overdrive. A body that can't switch off. A mind that won't stop racing.

The good news? You can change this — and it doesn't take long.

✦ My 6-Week Introduction to Breathwork course starts Wednesday 15th April at 8:30–9:10pm.
✦ Beginner level — no experience needed.

You don't need to overhaul your life to start feeling better. Sometimes it starts with something as simple as how you breathe.

I'm running a 6-week beginner breathwork course starting Wednesday 15th April, 8:30–9:10pm. Small group, no experience needed.

Over six weeks, you'll learn how to calm your nervous system, sleep better, manage stress and anxiety, and build a short daily practice that sticks.

Spaces are limited. Drop me a DM to find out more or reserve your spot.
