How you breathe affects how you feel. Most people never get taught how to breathe well, yet breathing influences stress, focus, energy, and the way we move through daily life. When the breath is shallow, rushed, or held unconsciously, the whole system can feel tighter. When the breath becomes more aware and more supportive, people often notice more calm, more clarity, and more space. My upcoming breathwork course, starting next Wednesday, 15th April, 8.30-9.10pm, is designed to help you understand and practise exactly that.
