Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher (YTI and YYTC trained) I offer a range of classes from gentle beginner to progressive intermediate and stronger, more advanced classes, as well as therapeutic Yoga classes and Prenatal Yoga. I have been teaching for over 12 years and am a constant student, aiming to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my classes with well over 500 hours of training. My core approach is to weave mindfulness, pranayama and deep relaxation into classes and to grow a community and build trusting, reciprocal relationships with each student.

*Women in Plumbing Programme 2025: Building Skills for Empowerment and Opportunity*

Women's Collective Ireland-Donegal are delighted to offer this FREE 10-week programme for women to support them to develop the confidence and expertise needed to pursue careers in plumbing or enhance their home maintenance abilities. The programme is structured to accommodate beginners, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. Within the programme participants will also have the opportunity to connect with women who are already engaged in a trades apprenticeships or working in the trades field. Learning about the practical sides of entering the field.

The programme starts on Wednesday 24th September 10.30am-1pm in Donegal Town and is open to women 18+. The statistics in this carousel are shocking, but what's even more heartbreaking is that we think this is just "the cost of success."

It's not.

Your nervous system wasn't designed to run in constant overdrive. That exhausted-but-wired feeling? It's not your fault, and it's definitely not permanent.
