recline and upright bikes all with built in tv's and a new climbmill machine, the only one in Donegal. A new free weights area including dumbells, power tower, knee raise/chin up machine and bench. A selection of resistance machines

We offer a range of fitness classes that are included with all ‘Full’ and ‘Gym Only’ memberships. Free children and adult swim lessons with all ‘Full Annual’ memberships. We have a wide range of membership options available to suit your needs, including ‘Swim Only’, ‘Gym Only’, ‘Off Peak’ and lots more.
