My name is Samina. I am a registered Reflexology Therapist and a Reiki Practitioner, working in Limerick.
Reflexology is a Holistic Therapy, which works on certain points on the feet (or even hands and face!), which connect to specific body systems. We stimulate each point so that the entire body may be relaxed, restored and rejuvenated, all at once!
