I felt called to write a piece on grief in my journal lately, and I wanted to share it 🤍

Grief is a deeply personal & individual journey for each person. I found journalling the many ways grief looks like very therapeutic lately, especially as I'm doing a lot of my own inner child healing.

If you have lost someone in your life or have experienced loss in other ways, please please please share your pain with someone.

Not everyone will understand how you're feeling, but finding a space where you can share honestly about how you're truly feeling may help ease the pain even a little 🤍

Even if you feel it, you are never alone ❤️

Psychotherapist Carl Jung made a significant contribution to the addiction recovery movement and current knowledge about treatment and recovery.

He successfully treated alcoholics in his own practice with a combination of spirituality and science yet wrote little about addiction claiming that he was afraid of being misunderstood by the scientific community of his day.

However, he has had a lasting and profound influence on the understanding and addiction and how to treat it.
