I have 4 Mom & baby mats left for my next 4 week programme starting on Wednesday 4th of June at 11am. This is the last round before we finish up for the summer months.
Classes are small for the comfort of you & your baby.
Classes are suitable for Moms ideally 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post c-section with sign off from your doctor to return to exercise. However you can be from 6 weeks to 10mths (or crawling stage:) postnatal to join with baby.
If you book now, you have instant access to the online exercise videos and can download all the nutritional advice and recipes to give yourself a head start 😉. But no pressure, you also have access to these after the classes end.

💕CLASS DAY & TIMES
Wednesdays
🧘♀️ Class - 11am to 12pm
☕️ Teas & Coffee until 12:45ish.
💕LOCATION - Castleconnell Campsite Cabin, Co. Limerick (with plenty of parking)
💕Classes are a mixture of yoga 🧘♀️ for reconnecting & releasing tension in your muscles & strength exercises to help you feel stronger & more confident in your core and body. The classes progress as the weeks go on.
