✨ Around this time last month, I was delighted to step into the role of teacher in the Wellness Zone with Quest & Thriveas part of Féile Thrá Lí. 🌿💫

It was such a joy not only to share my own class but also to join in and learn from the other wonderful teachers. I loved the afternoon with |_druid and the soundbath with Most of all, it was inspiring to see so many people come together, moving, breathing, and enjoying the experience. 🧘‍♀️💚

Ireland has so many wonderful teachers and festivals - we really should be so proud of our sound and wise people. There is a magic here like nowhere else.

Join our wonderful Chair Yoga community for an all-over body stretch and mobility session while seated. We also include 10–15 minutes of standing work — but this is optional.

We gently and safely move all of the joints, and we have a little fun along the way!

This class is suitable for everyone, but especially helpful if getting to the floor is a challenge, you’re carrying injuries, or you’re one of our older members.

If you’d like to learn exercises you can do at your desk, this class is a great place to start.

As always, please check with your doctor if you’re unsure whether this class is suitable for you.

So many women shrug off back pain, shrinking height, or posture changes as “normal aging”… but these may be signs your bones are getting weaker.

👉 Swipe through to learn the early symptoms of osteoporosis and what to do before a fracture ever happens.
🚺 Especially important for women approaching or after menopause — when bone loss can speed up dramatically.
✨ Ask your doctor about a DEXA scan if:
You’ve lost height
You have unexplained back pain especially mid back
You’re perimenopausal or postmenopausal
You have risk factors (low body weight, family history, smoking, etc.)
Knowledge = Prevention.

This is a short term from now until Christmas and it’s nice to be able to get a new habit or fitness routine in place, setting a goal and see it come to pass.

Not sure where to start? Take a look at the schedule! We are sure you will find something for you - yoga, pilates and strength training across venues.

Keep an eye out for all we have planned his Term too - Friday nights unwind is always popular for healthy unwind no wine! Soulful Sundays are coming back and we will have Osteo Nutrition days too.

This 8-week course is designed just for men (all ages welcome) who want to:
✔ Get stronger & maintain muscle
✔ Return to training safely
✔ Learn correct lifting techniques
✔ Support recovery from injuries or mobility issues

✔️Improve Core Strength

We’ll combine resistance training, weights, and Pilates to build strength while protecting posture and alignment. Expect bands, weights, and functional movements – progressing at your pace. Optional core work on the mat included.

👉 From age 30, men begin to lose muscle mass – but you can take action now to stay strong, mobile, and confident.
