I am a Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga teacher and RYT200 registered teacher with the International Yoga Alliance. An energy healer who uses prana to heal mental, physical and emotional ailments. An oracle card reader and firm believer of self-healing for everything around us compliments our journey.
