Tomorrow marks 1 year since my accident 🤝 We’ve come a long way with another good bit to go but i’m grateful for where I’m currently at and look forward to seeing what the rest of this year holds 🙌

Clinic makeover 😁 While I was away last week dad was on duty giving the front of the clinic a full revamp 🙌 New table also arrived - thicker cushioning, wider surface and enhanced positioning options to help provide my clients with the best service 😊 appreciate all of you and can’t wait to welcome you back this week 🙏

1: Sitting in A&E hoping I had just dislocated my knee - Turns out I broke Tib & Fib, Complete Rupture of PCL & LCL, Grade 2 tear ACL & MCL, Tore hamstring off the bone

2: 6 days post op - basic knee assisted flexion rehab

3: Improving ROM with rehab getting ready for op no. 2

4: After second op, getting ready to go home and start recovery all over again

5: Aftermath of second Op

6: Start of rehab with Darragh

7: Re-learning how to walk brace free

8: Deadlifting for the first time in 8 months

Injury and recovery is tough physically but the mental side is what killed me. It is not easy and you need to be kind to yourself and celebrate the little wins

Forever grateful for everyone that helped me through this and special mention to who is outstanding at what he does and has got me to where I am ( 3 months ahead of where I should be )
