New here? Let me reintroduce myself.
Hi, I’m Keith 👋
➡ At 23, I travelled to India because I felt there had to be more to life.
* I’ve been practising meditation for over 25 years.
➡ For 12 years, I studied closely with Dr. Winston McCullough, an American psychologist and Tibetan Buddhism teacher. Countless retreats, long conversations, and quiet guidance shaped how I sit, teach, and live.
➡ I’m a husband and dad of three.
➡ Oh, and two years ago I broke my leg playing football… now, some days , I happily meditate on a chair 🪑😅
Meditation for me isn’t about escaping life. It’s about meeting it fully - family life, work, grief, joy, illness, love… all of it.
It hasn’t made life perfect. It’s made me more present for it.
These days, I teach meditation in a way that’s grounded, practical, and human.
No performance. No pressure. Just steady practice and real support.
Meditation lives in the messy, real, human moments… not just the quiet ones.
✨ Curious to experience it yourself?
I host a free Wednesday morning online meditation - link in bio.
Come as you are. No experience needed 🌿
