Following on from the last post….Toxic positivity like “look on the bright side” results in silencing the difficult emotions like shame, failure, loss and pain.
Sometimes life is really hard but hiding or denying those difficult emotions can take a toll on your mental health. Being open to explore difficult emotions will help them pass.
