For many of us, January is a time of fresh starts, new beginnings. Yet we often find ourselves stuck in old routines and habits, unable to move forward and progress in areas of our lives that we would like to. Often we are held back by negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs we have about ourselves or others.

If you are in a place where you would like to make changes or explore what is stopping you from doing so, or maybe you need some support with current difficulties and struggles, I have a limited number of affordable counselling and therapy sessions available at the moment.

Sessions are available in a safe and confidential space, either face-to-face in Listowel town or online via zoom.

But it can be a lonely and sad time for many people.
