Fermentation station 💚
My very important locally made Kitchen Dresser where All of my SCOBYs grew, much of the Kombucha and Apple Cider Vinegars were brewed on over the last 4.5 years, and many drink related experiments were started on !!!
It also has many of my prize kitchen utensils, including my grandma's kitchen jug !
You could find seeds of all sorts and even an odd cookery book on it.
To say it is essential to the GGG is an understatement! 💚

I love a second hand cook book !
The idea that someone before me has read it lovingly, made the recipes for loved ones, and even gifted it to a specific someone is wonderful.
This letter was in this book as I flicked through it, and it makes me wonder about who it was given to and by and where this had lived for the past years.
The wonder of food is never-ending!

gave me and my amazing customer someplace to show our support when it is sometimes so hard to know how or where !
They have raised over 4.5 times what they intended, which is unbelievable.
