It was all smiles in my UNISLIM KILLARNEY class this week .😉

Our lovely Rachel celebrated her 7 STONE loss milestone along with her mom with 3 STONE ..a whopping 10 STONE between them since July 2024 ….inspiring,real women who can attest that the UNISLIM plan works when you work the plan !!!! 💕🎉🥳👏

The celebrations continued with Jennifer on her I STONE which took time ,commitment and as she said herself an understanding of how her body works and the mindset of enjoying the process while still living .🎉🥳👏

Geraldine is our latest GOAL member ..with over 2 STONE loss ….she was so committed to coming to class every week ,managing her bites during the week and enjoying her weekends ….it’s a way of life for her not a diet !!!🎉🥳🙌🎊

These are real people with real lives ,who eat real food and are realistic when it comes to weightloss ..and I am proud to be their leader ….maybe this could be you too …my door is always open to welcome you and I can help you just as I help all my members …Majella 😘
