🔔 Update - we are back up and running!

We are currently experiencing internet issues. We have logged the fault with our service provider and hope to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.

This means, at the moment we are unable to process prescriptions or electronic referrals. We are also unable to access our emails.

Having old or incorrect details on your medical chart can affect future appointments in the surgery and if you are referred to external sources, it can affect hospital / scan appointments as you will be uncontactable.

We will always send you a text message reminder (if you have given consent to do so) 48hrs prior to your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to note the time and date when you book the appointment, in case of issues outside of our control, such as a network outage.

Please also remember to advise us of any changes to your contact details. You can do this via phone or email.
