⚽️ Every sport has its off- season and this is the time to do the deep work, refine and recalibrate your body, work on your intrinsic strength, power and athleticism so that you are better going into the next season and not carrying the scars from one previous!

💪 It's the work you do off the pitch, off the court and out of competition that defines the type of Athlete you are. If you want to be sharp, reactive, injury free, strong, adaptive and powerful then this class is for you!
