You might get an enthusiastic recommendation from a friend or family member about a specific form of exercise, begin it, find that it is not for you, drop out and become demotivated. What appeals to one person may not be a good fit for you!
If this sounds familiar, the important thing to remember is that physical exercise comes in many forms. Focus on finding activities that you enjoy, start slowly, and gradually build up your routine. If you try an activity and don’t like, keep trying out other activities! We are blessed in Co. Whether you wish to start alone or as part of a group, we will help you to find a form of exercise that suits you best. If you're dreading exercise, it's less likely you'll stick with them.
