This program is designed specifically for teens aged 13–17 — whether they’re new to training or already active — to help them:

🧠 Learn discipline, consistency, and focus
💬 Build confidence and social skills in a team environment
💪 Improve overall fitness, posture, and athletic ability
Our experienced coaches guide them through every session, teaching proper technique and helping each teen grow at their own pace — no intimidation, no pressure, just progress and encouragement in a fun, supportive setting.
Starting Friday, 14 Nov – Saturday, 20 Dec, Every Friday & Saturday
Ages: 13–17
