So we loosen the surroundings of the face first.

🪷Kobido (=Ancient Path to Beauty) is a traditional Japanese face lifting massage.

The face reflects the tension held in the Body, which can lead to tightness, expression lines...

Kobido massage relaxes Body and Mind and can bring back that Radiance to the face.

We start with massage of the shoulders, neck, chest and scalp, releasing all that tension and heaviness.

Once those areas are warmed up and loosened,
we stimulate the lymphatic drainage to detoxify,
and then start with the facial massage:
Slow, light techniques to relax and soften,
Combined with faster and deeper movements to tone and lift,
improving circulation,

🌺🧡🌿Pregnancy massage - from 12 weeks onwards till baby's arrival.
Done sideways, with pillows for support. (unless bump is tiny in beginning, then a cushion under the hips and chest can be enough to still lie on your tummy).
If lying down on one side becomes uncomfortable we can start your treatment sitting on a chair with your arms and upperbody resting on pillows on the table. Shoulders, neck and all of the back are easily accessible in this relaxing position.
We mostly finish in supine position, lying on your back, propped up with pillows to finish with more shoulders and neck stretches, to ease away any remaining tension, a facial/scalp massage can always be included.
You just tell me if your position needs to be adjusted, more foot/hand massage or even hair brushing, if you need the bathroom, if you are too hot, need a sip of water, music or quiet...This is your Time to Unwind, take care, M🌺🧡🌿

🌺❤️🌺Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian massage practice that has been passed down through generations of master practitioners or healers (Kahunas).
It has been used to maintain and restore good health and well being.

The therapist applies long flowing strokes from feet to shoulders all around the body, deep tissue techniques, gentle stretches and rotations and underbody strokes - combined with Breath, Movement, focused intention and intuition.

Having a deep connection with Nature, this holistic and sacred massage treatment can be
Rhythmic and fluid ( the waves)
Slow and deep the Earth)
Invigorating ( Fire)
Enveloping (Air or the Wind)

Lomi Lomi can not only alleviate physical tension but also clear emotional blockages ( anxiety, anger, sadness...)and bring back a positive Flow of Energy in the Body.

But if you just need some time to switch off, with Lomi Lomi being so relaxing and grounding, it will leave you with a feeling of Calm and Inner Peace.

Some people go into a profound relaxation, others fall asleep and for some it can be a beautiful spiritual experience or shift.

A Lomi Lomi massage usually lasts 90 min or 2 hours, but if this is your first time to try this treatment, I can offer a 60 min treatment.
