🌞Sun-day family time 💖

We had a magickal day at the Sun Flower Garden and picking event, in Ardrahan today

I couldn’t wait to walk through the rows and rows of sunflowers 🌻

I went a little off the beaten tracks into hedges of HUGE sunflowers taller than me. Lots of bees 🐝 butterflies 🦋 and ladybugs 🐞 being nourished by the sunflowers, which was great to see.

We had a family rule, “if nobody is home, we ask the flower fae if we can pick”. Meaning if there are no insects nesting, we then ask the flower fae 🧚‍♀️ if we have permission to pick the sunflower calling to us. I had clippers with me.

We picked one sunflower 🌻 each and I tried to keep the stalks and roots on some of them. We are going to see if we can re-pot and keep them alive at home 🏡

It will be a nice hands-on project for the kiddies. 🪴🌻💦

Of course we got some family pictures and please excuse my makeup free face….

I could have stayed all day breathing in the contrast between the harvested fields and the rows and rows of wild sunflowers. It felt like another world.

Before leaving the kiddies got some cupcakes/treats 🧁and did the rounds with the playground equipment 🛝

We are looking forward to coming back in October for the pumpkin patch, picking event 🎃

Another highly successful Buddhic Column class! 🙌✨

Thank you to everyone who logged on live this evening, for Buddhic Column class five!

In this class we deeply covered the important basics of self energy clearing techniques. Everyone practiced a thorough, basic self clearing session🌟

🧿The fundamentals of basic energy cleansing techniques.
🧿Practicing a self clearing technique.
🧿 Discussing how to apply these techniques for practice case study sessions for others.

White-violet ray transmissions from hierarchy!

From August to early December we collectively return to being intermittently influenced by the 7th Ray of ceremonial re-ordering. This started on July 5th.

Because we are currently in the beginning of the Aquarian Age, from July 5th until towards the end of the year, we will return collectively to being conditioned by the 7th ray, the violet ray, which is connected with the Aquarian Age.

We will also return to being influenced
mainly by our ray make up and ashramic connections (the light council that you
are helping to externalise).

Thank you to all White Ray Initiates who attended tonight’s study class; August 5th from 7pm to 9pm Irish time zone via zoom.

We explored a short group meditation for continuing to stimulate the flow of the 7th Ray radiating through the collective. I then facilitated a study class exploring the ray make up of our White Ray meditation group, including individual and collective manifestation qualities.

If you wish to join this international, intermediate level meditation group you must have minimum completed phase one of either the Ray Path or Rainbow Bridge techniques. The opportunity to join will open again on December 5th.

It was a long weekend (bank holiday weekend) here in Ireland 🇮🇪 We wanted to do something to mark the summer with the kiddies, and decided to have one overnight trip to Dublin and really enjoy it.

We got a last minute great deal for one night at 🏨 We treated ourselves to room service in a room that was bigger than expected (all family rooms were booked out). We ordered a huge dinner after gallivanting around Dublin City 🏙️ for the day and one cheeky drink. 🍷

Because Zoorassic Park was on at , after checking out we spent the entire day there. It was bliss. I loved the walks, wildlife and scenery. The kids loved the dinosaurs 🦕 and playgrounds. Paul just loved being back in Dublin sightseeing.

An extremely blessed bank holiday weekend that we won’t forget anytime soon.

I hope everyone had a blessed and peaceful weekend and long weekend here in Ireland 🇮🇪 ✨

In a very basic sense, this starts with developing a healthier and kinder relationship with yourself first. There is a real and deep truth to the saying, “be your own best friend first”.

It is through the heart centre that you really start to experience as real, how much your inner relationship with and toward yourself can be reflected in your outer world and experiences with others.

I am offering a three hour zoom class on Heart Chakra cleansing and development on August 29th from 7pm to 10pm Irish time zone via zoom.

☀️Lughnasadh; (Autumn Harvest Festival) is named after the Celtic god Lugh. Lugh was the one who lead the Tuatha De Dannan to freedom, when he defeated king Balor of the Fomorians in battle.

This celebration is also known as Lammas, August Eve and Feast of Bread. Traditionally this celebration is held on August 1st but my little family have our ceremony on July 31st (August Eve).

Astrologically, Lughnasadh falls between August 6th and 7th this year (2025).

Lughnasadh is one of the Four Greater Solar (sun) festivals marking summer time coming to a close and moving towards the start of autumn. This celebration marks the start of the harvest, when the year’s hard work of seed sowing and crop growing had reached its peak and food starts to be gathered.🍀

For the personal self, this is the time of year where one is starting to reap what they have worked towards during the year. Literally, reaping what one has sown.

In these evolutionary times, Lughnasadh offers an opportunity to give thanks and practise and “attitude of gratitude”. Blessings create more blessings. Many studies have been done, that show the benefits of focusing on ones blessings on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. 💛

This celebration explores the magick of thank you and gratitude. It offers a chance for one to centre themselves and really explore all the good they have received and worked towards, no matter how “small” the occurrence or goal. This celebration is about pausing life for just a moment and being really present in the now, rather than focusing on the future. ☺️
