It was my day “off” today and after dropping my two eldest to school 🏫 I decided to have a cafe break morning at one of my favourite places.

In Claregalway there is a fabulous place called Treat Cafe ☕️ Don’t you just love the name 😉 👍✨

The French 🇫🇷 Toast breakfast is always delicious and Sihon had some of Paul’s full Irish 🇮🇪 breakfast.

If you are ever in Galway, visiting is a must.

I’m grateful today for a slow morning 🌅 and a “normal” day 🙏✨

As the saying goes, “no news 🗞️ is good news”. I cherish being able to have mornings like this, every few weeks.

🌟Buddhic Column online meet ups!

I am reaching out to all initiates who completed their training with me for the Buddhic Column course classes, past and present.

This year (going into next year), I am hoping to offer Buddhic Column support meet ups. The tentative plan is to host this offering once every two to three months (based on demand).

What will be included:
😇Each online refresher class will focus on continuing to practise what was taught during the course.
😇Each refresher class will be 2 hours via zoom.
😇The online meet ups will be held via zoom, once every two to three months.
😇Each meet up refresher class will focus on self energy clearing practice work, energy clearing swaps with others in the group and an opportunity to ask me any ongoing student support questions live online.
😇We will also include intermittently as a group, practicing the powerful 16 step energy globe clearing and imprinting technique.

Prerequisites: This is only open to initiates past and present who fully completed the Buddhic Column course classes.

The energy exchange will be a donation of €10 per initiate joining. I will need a minimum of 6 to 9 initiates to commit to the live practise classes, for this to be a viable on-going offering.

Tonight, we had a Buddhic Column bonus class for practicing in more detail how to anchor energetic Buddhic Columns into vehicles and modes of transport.

This class is also marks the successful completion of the Buddhic Column course classes. For initiates who completed all classes, suggested case studies and have practiced all techniques taught, your certificates of course completion will be emailed to you next week.

Please keep in mind the following small sharing is from my personal records and is based on years of direct experience, but not traditional, tradition based or linked to any existing pathway. I started to record my own experiences with full moon-tide energy over 20 years ago.

My personal record sharings for moon-craft (full moon) are deity (god-goddess) orientated as well.

November full moon 🌚✨

🔑Who is Hecate: Goddess Hacate is most well known for being connected to the Greek pantheon but she does pre-date these origins.

During the Titan-Olympian wars, she sided with Zeus even though she was a Titan herself. After the Olympian gods reigned supreme, Hecate remained a powerful Titan-Goddess as a reward for her support.

She is often portrayed with torches, symbolic of when she helped Demeter search for her daughter Persephone, when she was kidnapped by Hades. Hecate can also be depicted with dogs at crossroads.

She is sometimes called the goddess of witches, magic and spells, the moon, crossroads between realms and underworlds.

Anytime I have respectfully connected with this goddess, I have inner vision seen her as a cloaked woman holding a key near a labyrinth structure.

This full moon, during the dark half of the year, provides an opportunity to reflect on healing or inner potential you need time to grow or expand on. This is about internal healing or nurturing potential, that will steadily come into bloom next year.

Take time to reflect on what choices can potentially help you start to tap into potential you wish to explore and experience. What choices can support continued inner healing, for internal growth?

Spell work for going within and unlocking potential can be explored, as well as continued inner healing work.

🌈The White Ray of Unity, Antahkarana Group Meditations - A new cycle starting on December 5th, 2025. 🌈

Anchoring the six major ray releases during the six sacred months of the year. These Aquarian group gatherings also include one preparation meditation and also anchoring the seventh minor ray release of the year, that is a deep catalyst for white magick restructuring on all energetic levels.

There are eight group meditations in total as part of the White Ray meditation cycle re-starting on December 5th, 2025.

We will resume our international White Ray of Unity meditations on December 5th 2025. There will be eight meditations in total as part of the new offered light code, ray-seeding meditation cycle.

Our December 5th 2025 gathering (via zoom), is our preparation meditation for reaffirming the pathways for anchoring the major and minor ray releases from hierarchy in 2026.

Registration has opened. I am creating a new, private email list for our 2025-2026 gatherings. For all initiates who align with our group energies and intentions, an energy exchange of €40 per person joining will be gently requested, as a contribution for all eight upcoming White Ray of Unity meditations (prep meditation, six main meditations and last minor meditation). This works out at less than €5 per two hour meditation. This includes all PDF handouts and private group recordings of each meditation as well.

The meditation offerings are the 5th of every month via zoom from December 2025 through to and including July 5th 2026, from 7pm to 9pm (Irish time zone).

If you would like to join or re-join you must have minimum completed phase one of either the Rainbow Bridge or Ray Path techniques.

Samhain also known as the Winter ❄️ Harvest Festival, is the last of the major solar ☀️ (sun) festivals of the year. For some traditions and belief systems this day is celebrated as the Celtic New Year (old calendar).

This celebration marks the darker half of the year starting and the coming winter 🌥 months. This is a time of reflection to look back over the year of ones life and to understand better, rather than fear, what we have no control over; the symbolic ending of a cycle or aspect of our lives.

This time of year is good for going deep within (internal work) and reflecting on what we need to release, heal or let go of (purify or redeem). Exploring divination techniques for self reflection and healing can be beneficial at this time of year.

Samhain also marks the time when there is less separation between the physical and spiritual realms.The opportunity can be taken at this time to also honour ones ancestors and all those who have transitioned (passed away) before us. 🌈

The celebration date is different for different belief systems and reasons. The astrological date for Samhain is between November 6-7th. For those who (like myself) follow fixed calendar dates it can be October 31st leading into November 1st.

I would also like to highlight that for me (this does not have to apply to anyone else), Halloween and Samhain are different celebrations. We celebrate both in my household but separately.

Halloween is dressing up and trick or treating etc. Samhain is for deeper ceremonial prayer work and activities.

However you celebrate (or when), may your Samhain be reflective and deeply healing.

🪽Ray Path Healing Solar Plexus Chakra Class! 🩵

The zoom link and class booklet was emailed earlier this week to all initiates who signed up and sent through the energy exchange contribution.

If you signed up and sent through the energy exchange, please contact me if you didn’t receive the zoom link and class booklet.

This class is being hosted via zoom on October 24th, from 7pm to 10pm (Irish time) via zoom. Please make sure time zone conversions are correct for joining the class live, if you are able to do so! This is a two to three hour class. The class will be recorded for private, personal study and reflection work.

It is recommended to join the class live but for the initiates who cannot join live, you will receive the class recording, after the class has been hosted.

Class outline:
✨Discussion over the function of the solar plexus chakra.
✨A group guided meditation for clearing unhealthy thought forms, imprints, memory cords-ties from the solar plexus chakra.
✨Discussion over the role of Archangel Uriel.
✨A guided journeying to connect with Archangel Uriel and the inner flame (light) you incarnated with, to share in service with others (your soul purpose transmissions).
✨A short meditation to ground and close your energies at the end with channelled high frequency angelic prayer and symbols.
