Today, during a quiet moment in the clinic, a Butterfly gently landed in my hand.
It stayed for a while calm, unafraid. As if it knew this was a space for healing, softness, and stillness. As if it came to remind me of the very essence of what i do here: holding space for transformation.🦋🧿🪽

In many traditions, butterflies are messengers of the soul symbols of renewal, lightness, and change and transformation 🪽🦋🧿

To have one rest in my hand, even for a moment, felt like a gentle blessing. A sign that healing flows and change is all around me , for me personally I have grown so much this past year this was a nice little sign from the angels 🪽 🦋

Rainbows shimmer in skies so wide,
A glimmer of hope we hold inside.
A whisper soft from the Divine,
That stars will shift, and life align.
A silent wish with colors spun,
A sign that better days will come.
That joy is near, not far away,
And light will follow shadowed days.
Surprises bloom where sorrow stood,
A gentle turn toward something good.
The change I crave, the breath I need,
