🦋Triggers matter🦋
Your body holds more than tension. It stores emotion. A massage, physical therapy, even stillness can release what you have been carrying without knowing.
You might cry Let it happen That release is not weakness. It is movement
These moments show up when you hit a limit, when distractions stop, when you come face to face with something you avoided. Emotions do not disappear. They wait, then surface when you least expect it. That is why it can feel overwhelming, like you have been caught off guard.
It does not have to stay that way.
You can choose to face it. Listen to your inner voice. Sit with what comes up. Be honest with yourself, even when it is uncomfortable. This is how you heal.
When you do this work, you start to change. Your relationships improve. You carry yourself differently. You connect with people on a deeper level.
I am doing this too. I face what hurt me. I do not run. I use that pain to grow and become better so I can help others do the same.
Your emotions are not something to fix. They are information. They are strength. They make you real, honest, human.
Feel them. Use them. Do not hide from them.
Be yourself. Stay kind.
