Our Third Level Education Taster Programme, run in collaboration with Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT), is a great way to dip your toe in 🎓

It’s just one morning a week for 14 weeks, in a relaxed and supportive setting. You’ll get a feel for what third level education is really like, build confidence, and explore your options – with no pressure 💬✨

💚 Wellness Boost with John McKeown! 💚

Today, John McKeown spoke to EmployAbility staff about keeping our bodies and brains healthy with:
💨 Oxygen
🐟 Omega-3
😴 Deep sleep

He also shared info on a simple blood test to check your Omega-6:3 ratio, a key marker of inflammation.
