On the the 26th July, this half day workshop will double as an introduction to the foundations of yoga, yoga as a way to feel grounded and centered, and as a taster for the joyful yoga teacher training which will be starting in September.

The Flow Life has its own free carparking for those driving.
For anyone coming from Limerick, Craughwell is on the Limerick train line.

We will play with inversions, starting with the gentlest ones and finding ways to make them accessible and inclusive.

As well as warming up and having fun with the more challenging poses of headstand and shoulderstand.
