Being part of someone's fertility journey is a huge honour. I am so lucky to have been part of so many clients journeys- couples and many who are brave enough to become a solo parent. No story is the same and every journey is different too. 9 years of supporting clients in a world that very few are aware of. In some cases I am the only person who knows if the client has egg or s***m donation or even that they are on a fertility journey at all. Equally I am the first to find out if they are pregnant.

How to I help ? For some clients, I would do reflexology every week for up to 3 cycles to prepare them both physically and emotionally for their fertility journey .

There are no guaranteed answers when it comes to infertility, but relieving stress and rebalancing the body helps. Reflexology helps regulate the hormonal cycles, helping normalise the menstrual cycle, enabling the body to be receptive to conception; helping make babies naturally.

Polycystic ovaries, cervical problems, adhesions , pelvic inflammatory disease, premenstrual syndrome, hormonal imbalances, blocked or damaged fallopian tubes, endometriosis and menstrual problems have all shown improvement from reflexology.

Within a few sessions, improved health and wellbeing surface. In order to address fertility health, I work through the reflexology points specific to the clients area(s) of health concern, such as the following:
✔Ovaries
✔Lymphatic system
✔Immune system
✔Uterus
✔Circulatory system
✔Neurological system (stress, anxiety, depression)
✔Endocrine system (hormone balance)
✔Liver (toxin release, hormone balance)
✔Kidneys (libido, fertility issues)

Reflexology works best when the client also ensures healthy lifestyle habits are in place. These include but are not limited to diet, exercise, relaxation, work/life balance.

Happy Saturday. Such a huge demand for aroma sticks this week. Calm seems to be the most popular especially for kids returning to school.
The calm blend oils are specifically mixed to help calm the nervous system. Breathe in 4 seconds while inhaling the aroma stick ( Do not place up your nose , hold for 4 seconds and breathe out through your mouth for 4 seconds. Do this a minimum of 8 times a day. This will activate your vagues nerve and encourage your body to relax.
The aroma sticks are 12 euro each. Plus 3 euro P&P if required.

Usually from September until December each year I get a huge increase in the number of children that I work with who suffer with anxiety and stress .
The main reason for this is change. The change from primary to secondary school, new school, new people , new teachers, new schedule, new routine etc.
My treatments are a combination of Reflexology, aromatherapy and age appropriate mindfulness to help regulate the nervous system, endocrine system and to being the body back to a balanced state.
I also train the parents and show them how to do specific reflexology routines on their childs feet and teach then the reflexology points to self soothe while in school. The course is usually 4 weeks long but the skills learnt last a life time .

Healing is difficult but it's vital. Over the years I have had some of the best treatments to help me along my journey, such as Reiki, Reflexology, counselling, body and emotion code etc.
It helped me to really look at myself and connect with my inner child. A little girl who was once very sad, lonely and confused.
I saw a similar picture to this a few weeks ago when Aisling from posted it and wanted to make a similar one of me as a child connecting with me as an adult. Everything works out ok and she is safe and secure and loved beyond words.
