The start of our first Baby Massage Group in Lusk for 2026 is this Friday 27th February 2026.

Excited to share that only one place is now available.

This 5-week Baby Massage Group offers a relaxed, welcoming space to learn simple massage techniques that you can use at home.

Sessions are baby-led, unhurried, and designed to help you feel confident, calm, and supported during your baby’s early months.

Venue: The Cottage Community Centre, Lusk, K45 VE83

Every small gesture—stroking a tiny hand, a gentle massage on the tummy, or a pause to notice your baby’s cues—is a way of saying, “You are loved, always.”

New community-based postnatal hubs are launching at the Rotunda on Thursday, 12th February, and are being rolled out in the community soon afterwards!

The hubs will provide midwifery-led care and support for women and babies in the community for up to 6 weeks after birth, and for 6 months with our Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist.
